My small business is built on customer satisfaction.  Since it's a retail establishment, I get to hear what my customers are saying each & every day about the service & product we provide.  Politics is similar but different.  Everyone has an opinion, but most people don't have an easy way to share it with their representatives.  I've created this online survey to make it easy for you to give me feedback on important issues facing our community.

So, thank you for taking the time to let me know what you think.  This survey is intended for Broome County residents.  It should only take a few minutes to complete.  I will not share your responses with anyone.  I require a name & address, because I need a way to follow-up with you, like I said, I will not share it with any one else.
