Broome County is gorgeous! We're blessed with plenty of water, rolling hills, and wide valleys.
I don't think we take enough pride in our natural features and I'd like that to change.
As a Broome County legislator, it has become clear to me that we need a more proactive way of preserving locally rare habitats, protect locally rare or threatened species, and building upon the existing natural infrastructure of the region.
