Local Government is Important

When's the last time you asked:
  • Who paves the roads I take to work?
  • Who runs the airport our relatives will fly into and out of?
  • Who keeps the landfill running so that we can have your trash picked up?
  • Who do I call if there's a burglary or vandalism?
  • Who keeps the water running to & from my house?

The answer is LOCAL GOVERNMENT!

Sadly, most Americans know far more about world & national events than they do about their own state, county, and town events.  I was one of those people too, until I got involved with small business and local government.  It took several years to see it clearly, but I now realize how important local government is to our daily lives. 

Local government is similar to small business in that it puts people front & center.  It makes us interact with our neighbors and come to common solutions rather than polarizing ideologies.

I believe in:

  • Individual Liberty
  • Hard Work
  • Community
